chicago. staying with us, steven englander, global head of strategy at citi staying with us out of new york. mark, if we get 180,000 on the jobs numbers, is the market going to sell off? >> i doubt it. i think at this point, a number give on or take 25 grand is probably baked in. i think we need a major outliar for any kind of market sell-off. so if we get a huge beat with huge revisions in the past, i think the bond market might get into turmoil and we could make a run at 3% yield on a ten-year. that's where you could see a sell-off. as long as things stay somewhere near expectations give or take 25,000, i don't think the jobs report is going to be ta big of a deal. i think we're pricing in the taper in the march time frame. i don't think a number give or take 25 grand changes that much. >> those here in the march camp like yourself are concerned about the consumer story. we're concerned about weakness numbers. do you think there is a reach issue around the consumer that we start to get higher and interest rates are going to stop spending or stop buying into the housing market? >> wel

has bought a sizable chunk of the area next to the city of london. so that gives the china business an opportunity to be near the financial center, bring in china's businesses to london. but, of course, london is a launching plat for china's businesses all around europe. so i think london is very well positioned, indeed, in terms of financial services. >> boris johnson will hear you be delighted, actually, to hear you suggest london is the financial center of the world particularly as you're sitting there in hong kong. which brings us on to how america feels about cameron out there trying to beat, drum up a trade agreement between china and the eu. how does that pitch against u.s. relationship wes japan and that asian pivot? >> well, of course, this is a -- we are seeing what's happening in this part of the world over the south china sea. it is a great power play between two world powers, the united states as the existing super power and china as an emerging challenger. so you can see the asian pivot and all these problems arising over the territorial disputes have been accentuated.

you more shots from soccer city stadium where they're holding the nelson mandela memorial service. >>> crowd of around 95,000 people are gathering at johannesburg stadium to pay respect to former south african president nelson mandela at the soaker stadium. including the u.s. president pb pb, president barack obama. chris has more details on today's event. chris. >> well, the rain is falling and the crowds are flooding in. 95,000. you have to recall that a lot of the streets have been closed off around the stadium so that the sig tears can come in and out. that means that a lot of people have to either camp overnight, which a lot of people have done, or walk to the stadium. certainly the ceremony is under way, the marching bands on the pitch walking around, some of the big names are there like arch bishop desmond tutu, he's there. former president beheki. the former president's father, embicki was sentenced to life in prison along with mandela. soon, there will be tributes from family and friends for the next hour or so and then we'll move into the speeches. >> chris, thank you. t
